- One of the most beloved comedians of all time, Bill Cosby, has captivated generations of fans with his special blend of comedy throughout the years and is bringing it to The Lakeland Center on March 17.

Baby Boomer Comedy Show
Date: Tuesday, March 18
Venue: Theatre Winter Haven
- In this hilarious 90-minute theatre event, fellow baby boomers and veteran comedians Jan McInnis and Kent Rader hit all the familiar topics… family, kids, work, do-it-yourself projects, dieting, aging and all.

Lunch & Learn Lecture Series
Date: Tuesday, March 18
Venue: Polk County History Center, Bartow
- Bring your lunch, and listen to a guest speaker on the third Tuesday monthly at the Polk County History Center.
- March’s topic and speaker is: Jeff Moates on Florida Underwater Archaeology.

The Not So Newlywed Game

Venue: The Lakeland Center
- The Not So Newlywed Game, a live show that follows the original format of the television show, and Bob Eubanks will be at The Lakeland Center on Tuesday, March 18.

Disney’s Beauty and the Beast

- NETwork presents Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, the Smash Hit Broadway Musical, at The Lakeland Center on Wednesday, March 19.

An Evening of Dance
Date: Wednesday, March 19 – Thursday, March 20
Venue: Harrison School for the Arts, Lakeland
- The Harrison School for the Arts dance department is in preparation for our upcoming concert featuring modern dance and ballet in the Harrison Theatre.

The Straits

- Dire Straits’ Alan Clark and Chris White with five hand-picked, world-class musicians including: Terence Reis, Steve Ferrone from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Mickey Féat, Adam Phillips and Jamie Squire will perform Dire Straits’ catalog of Greatest Hits.

Flicks in the Garden

Beast Feast & Auction

Venue: Florida FFA Leadership Training Center, Haines City
- The Florida FFA will serve up a variety of wild game and seafood at the 11th Annual Beast Feast & Auction to benefit the Florida FFA Leadership Training Center.

Food Truck Wars

Venue: Lake Eva Park, Haines City
- Food Truck Wars features over 40 gourmet food trucks from all over the state competing for 5 prestigious prizes awarded by celebrity judges.

Kathleen Area Historical Society Heritage Day Fest

- Enjoy a day of old fashioned fun, great music, fantastic food, and a beautiful park at the Heritage Day Fest hosted by the Kathleen Area Historical Society.

Lake Morton Historic Home & Garden Tour

- This self-guided walking or bus tour presented by the Lake Morton Neighborhood Association is open to the public and will feature about 8-10 homes and gardens in the South and East Lake Morton historic district.

Special Events Series at Theatre Winter Haven- Let’s Hang On

- LET’S HANG ON!, the nation’s premier Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons Tribute show is a full blown stage production complete with that Four Season’s sound, crisp choreography, and a 4-7 piece live band.

- Community Days at Circle B Bar Reserve are free family-friendly events that take place monthly.

Stem, Steam, Stream and Everything In Between
Date: Monday, March 24 – Friday, March 28
Venue: Polk County History Center, Bartow
- Students from 9 to 12 years old can participate in a unique and local Collaborative Spring Break Day Camp focused on science, technology, engineering, math, the arts, and reading (STEM, STEAM and STREAM) via fun, hands-on learning activities at five of Polk’s finest institutions.
